Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By proceeding with a booking with Love2Bounce, you agree to be bound by the following terms. These conditions are designed to ensure the safety of your guests and the longevity of our equipment.

Booking & Fees

All bookings require a non-refundable £20 deposit to secure your chosen date and equipment. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the event date via bank transfer, or in cash upon delivery.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been sent by Love2Bounce.
  • For corporate or large-scale events, different payment terms may apply as specified in your individual quote.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change, but our equipment is in high demand. Cancellations must be made via telephone or email.

Weather Protection Policy

Safety is our priority. If wind speeds (including gusts) are forecast to exceed 24mph+ on your event date, Love2Bounce reserves the right to cancel the booking for safety reasons. In this specific instance, your deposit will be transferable to a future date.
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: Deposit is transferable but not refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: 50% of the total hire fee is payable.
  • Cancellations on the day of hire (excluding weather safety): 100% of the total hire fee is payable.

Delivery & Access

It is the Hirer’s responsibility to ensure that the site is suitable for the equipment ordered.

  • Access: Please ensure a minimum clear gate/path width of 3ft (90cm) for standard castles. Larger units may require wider access.
  • Surface: The area must be flat, clear of debris, animal waste, and overhanging trees. We cannot set up on sharp gravel or steep slopes.
  • Power: We require a standard 13amp power socket within 25 meters of the setup location. If no power is available, please inform us at least 7 days in advance to arrange generator hire (additional costs apply).

Equipment Care & Damages

The Hirer is responsible for the safe keeping of the equipment and will be charged for any damage or extra cleaning required.

Strictly Prohibited

  • No Face Paint or Glitter
  • No Silly String or Confetti
  • No Food, Drink, or Chewing Gum
  • No Shoes or Sharp Objects
  • No Pets on the equipment

Cleaning Fees

A professional cleaning charge of £50 will be applied if the equipment is returned in an excessively dirty state or if prohibited items (like face paint) are found.

Liability & Insurance

While Love2Bounce carries Public Liability Insurance, this only covers accidents resulting from faulty equipment or improper setup by our staff. It does not cover accidents resulting from poor supervision or misuse.

  • Love2Bounce will not be held responsible for any injury or damage caused to persons or property while the equipment is under hire to you.
  • The Hirer is responsible for ensuring the number of users does not exceed the maximum recommended for that specific unit.

Supervision Rules

A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the equipment at all times while in use.

  • Separate age groups (e.g., keep toddlers away from older children).
  • Do not allow users to climb on the walls or the top of the inflatable.
  • Ensure the unit is not overcrowded.
  • In the event of heavy rain or high winds, immediately ask all users to exit and switch off the blower.

Digital Agreement Notice

By booking with Love2Bounce, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. A signed copy may be required upon delivery.
